General Terms

These General Terms govern your use of the Mironova Art marketplace at https://next.mironova.art/. By creating an account, listing artwork, or completing a purchase you accept these terms.

Marketplace role

Mironova Art operates as an intermediary between independent artists ("Sellers") and buyers ("Customers"). Each artwork is sold by the listed Seller; Mironova Art handles payments, shipping logistics, and dispute mediation but is not the legal seller of record except for prints-on-demand and gift cards.

Pricing & payments

All listed prices are in EUR before VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT is added at checkout based on the shipping country. Payment is processed via Stripe (cards), PayPal, or bank transfer. Cryptocurrency is offered for select markets.

Shipping & customs

Sellers are responsible for packaging; Mironova Art arranges courier pickup and tracking. Customs duties at destination outside the EU are the buyer's responsibility.

Returns

Original artworks may be returned within 14 days of delivery in the same condition as received. Print-on-demand and gift cards are non-returnable.

Account suspension

We reserve the right to suspend accounts found to be fraudulent, duplicating other artists' work, or violating intellectual-property rights. Sellers must own full IP rights to all listed work.

Liability

Mironova Art's liability is limited to the value of the affected order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, with jurisdiction in Kyiv courts. EU consumers retain rights under their local consumer-protection laws.
