Buying

How does payment work? Card via Stripe, PayPal, bank transfer, and crypto in select markets. Prices in EUR; we convert at checkout for display in your local currency.

Do you ship internationally? Yes — see shipping zones. Customs duties outside EU/UK are the buyer's responsibility.

What if I don't like the artwork? 14-day return window from delivery. Print-on-demand and custom orders are non-returnable.

Selling

Who can sell? Independent visual artists or estate representatives with full IP rights to listed work. Apply via Become a Seller.

What's the commission? Mironova Art takes 15% of each sale. The artist receives 85% net.

How fast do payouts happen? Weekly payouts on Mondays for orders confirmed delivered the previous week.

Reservations & offers

What's a reservation? Hold an artwork for one hour free, longer for a small fee, while you decide. The artwork is removed from public listings during the hold.

Can I make an offer? Yes, on artworks marked "Open to offers". The seller has 48 hours to accept, counter, or decline.

Custom orders

How do custom commissions work? Submit a brief, get a quote, pay a 50% deposit, approve a preview, pay the balance, receive the artwork. Typical timeline: 4–8 weeks.
